Why Did ESPN Feel The NEED ON CAMERA To Demonstrate LOMA'S DIRTY CLINCHING TACTIC?

I'm still surprised how ESPN used this as an advantage with an inconsistency from Steve Willis

Loma is notorious for his pull clinch technique. The most orthodox form of clinchingt with the break revolves around inside fighting, or a REF yelling the break, as they expect to be separated.

Whereas with Loma, with almost all his clinches in bouts, especially in the GRJ bout... extends his arms out so that he can slide out easily.. the problem with that is he forces his head towards the opponents face and chest and yanks out, even when a ref is about to separate them...it's tussle war shy of wrestling, especially because the opponent is made to look as if they're holding his arms... this is the tactic ESPN showed on CAMERA with Loma ASKING if what was ok to do it?

If Loma does it routinely, why did he and his dad feel the need to ask Steve Willis if its ok to do it and coicidentally it's on camera with the commentary team trolling on it!? That's not the funny part! The funny part is that Steve Willis told Loma that HE COULDN'T DO IT! He asked Willis and Willis shaked his head like ''nope!''

So then, why did Steve Willis allow Loma to do the exact same move that he was told not to do?! As any other ref usually breaks clinching, how are all these inconsistencies apparent?

He’s trying to get out of a clinch... are you saying that’s illegal? Lol.

Rigo's holding is *BY FAR* more dirty than anything Loma did.
ESPN did a better job of displaying that, than anything Loma could be called suspect of.

So he should just let his opponent get 50 clinches a round? Lol its actually nice seeing a guy not allowing to be clinched and throwing guys around.

Rigo was clampin on both arms too so there was no way loma could work. Loma was having none of that ****.

would you like to see the video where Loma demonstrates his classic clinch removal with Willis saying ''no?''

Why would Team Loma need to demonstrate that exact move to be specifically broadcasted in the locker room? THat doesn't make sense!! Why was that broadcasted in particular. Do realize Loma's style of clinch was broadcasted in the locker room, why!?

              I said during the clinch!

what does that have to do with Lomachenko asking Steve Willis if he's allowed to break away in which Willis didn't approve?

It’s not his style of clinch buddy, it’s him being held...

Seemed they knew the Cuban is going to go dirty.
Sweet science guy holding like mediocre Broner.
Not to mention ducking below the waist.
It's embarrassing and hilarious at the same time.

What does that have to do Willis telling Lomachenko to not break out like that? Because the ESPN broadcast showed the rules addressed. I'm fine with it, if that's how Loma feels the need to tussle out of clinches in that manner with his head ramming forward, then what's the point of people calling Ward a ''dirty fighter.'' double standards innit
