I seem to recall several posts about how muscular Rigo looked at the weigh in and that the weight would not matter. There were also several posts about how Loma had never tasted power like Rigo. Today, he was too old and too small. What's Walters doing with his elbow!!! Looks like he's throwing an elbow too. Too all the sore losers crying the "two weight classes lower" argument,..... news flash. Rigo signed the contract to the fight. He knew good and well what he was getting into. It isn't like he didn't rehydrate either.Comment

I go by the gold standard ( Unified Rules of boxing ) by the abc. Here have a read, I hope this helps your understanding of the sport.Looks like his wrist/forearm in the first gif, but his elbow doesn't make contact.
In the second gif Loma is the one being legal. You are not allowed to duck below the waist.
If your opponent turns their back or ducks below he waist you are legal to keep hitting. They can also have a point taken.
• You cannot hit with your head, shoulder, forearm, or elbow.
• You cannot punch your opponent's back, or the back of his head or neck (rabbit punch), or on the kidneys (kidney punch).
• Engaging in any unsportsmanlike trick or action which causes injury to an opponent.Comment

Maybe a point deduction. But that point doesn't mean **** when someone doesn't get off their stool.
