Is anyone suprised of the speed difference?

I watched it again and Rigo had some moments where he fired his left hard and it looked slow, Loma's movement made Rigo look like a statue. Only thing Rigo did was bend low for defense which helped a little to buy time. But Rigos feet were really slow, looked like Sosa compared to how his usual movements are against opponents. Loma size also helped when Rigo started trying to hold behind the head to uppercut Loma he broke out of it.

I was very surprised at the difference. Going into the fight I thought Rigo would be sharper but that wasn't the case.

I was very surprised that Loma's hands and feet looked so much faster than Rigo. Loma is much more agile and athletic than Rigo. Very impressed with Lomachenko's athleticism and skills.

Technique actually adds to speed, Loma's shots were short & straight, and footwork has a ton to do with it too.
Not that Rigo's punches were big looping hooks, his technique is pretty good, but just not as sharp as Loma's.

Rigo was just too predictable and one dimensional. Loma just too good to get set up by that left hand. Loma's lead hand work and foot work was so much better.
