The only elite challenge for Lomachenko is Mikey Garcia

At the moment I don't see anyone else around the lightweight class that is skilled enough to give him a test. He could conceivably dominate 130-135 for years given the current crop.

Hopefully that fight happens soon before Garcia moves up in weight for good.

Yeah, it's got to happen in 2018. I don't think it will be next though. I think he'll go for the Lightweight WBO against Beltran to get a foothold in the division. Not the most exciting match-up but at least Beltran won't quit and I guess he shares some of the attributes that Salido troubled Loma with

I actually want to see him fight Easter. I feel like the size difference might pose a challenge. Mikey is too orthodox. I don't feel like Mikey is fast enough to keep up with Loma but Easter might be able to bully him.

He needs to move up though. No need to hover around 130. Nothing for him to prove there.
