2017 has been a great year
Yeah, Rigondeaux was old, oversized and injured his hand, but we finally got the Loma-Rigo fight that everyone wanted.
We got Joshua-Klitschko, by far the greatest heavyweight fight of the year.
Wilder actually was about to fight serious opponents (Povetkin and Ortiz) which is a sensation in itself.
Bellew-Haye was truly a Rocky movie in itself.
And hate on Mayweather-McGregor all you want, but boxing needed this fight and personally, I'm glad that a fight had enough mainstream appeal for me to have a great boxing night with even my casual friends.
And we finally got Golovkin-Canelo and oh boy, what a fight, we surely found out a thing or two about Golovkin there...
And let's not forget Ward spanking "too big, too strong" two times to such a degree, that much of the boxing world still haven't stopped whining.
