In a couple of years..... Lomachenko.

He's just that damn good. Given time to size up and acclimatize to the weight I would pick him to win.

If he attempts to hypothetically move up in his next fight it will be too soon and Id pick Crawford.

Loma I would like to see do a lot more in his current division before he moves up 1 weight division, let alone 2.

Loma doesnt have the blistering speed or the power to move up so much and beat the best, he isn't Pacquiao.

What he does have can still be effected at 130 and 135, the latter is where he should be next year and fight both Linares and Mikey. Simple as.

Crawford will be up at 147 anyway.

If he gets past Mikey let's do it, even at 147. As a Lomachenko fan there's no one that I fear, he's too good to worry about a few lbs

At this point fighting Crawford would be biting off more than he can chew. And unfortunately Crawford would probably have moved up to 147 by the time Loma moved up to 140. Moving up fight Garcia is much more feasible.

This is where you see the difference in fans. Rigo fans wanted him to move up and try to do something great. Loma fans don't.

I am a Rigo and Loma fan. I celebrated LOma vs Rigo due to the gold medal skill and I never thought id see it.

Ideally though Rigo could have fought Frampton or LSC rather than have to move up 2 divisions.....and we saw the result of that.

Once Loma destroys 130 I’d like to see him move up but not before. Hopefully he doesn’t have Rigos problem of people avoiding him.

There's some theory/concept that people rise to the level of their incompetence, that they will continue to advance until they fail. In the workplace with job promotions and stuff, in boxing with moving up in competition/weight, whatever. I think until a boxer rises to the level where they are finally bested, people won't be satisfied because they don't for absolute certain how good they really are.

Then sure some people do just want to see certain boxers lose so naturally want them to fight bigger guys lol.
