He beat Abraham and Quinlan who were both top 10
Abraham was shot to pieces, he’s barely top 10 IMO but still a solid name. But Quinlan ain’t even top 50 c’mon man Quinlan is terrible, Yildirim is a better win than Quinlan.

Quinlan just came off beating Geale for the IBO, and if the Abraham Eubank fought was shot than so was the one that Ramirez fought

Possibly but he just beat the #1 fighter at 168 comfortably

The Abraham that Ramirez beat was a current world champion, coming off decent wins over Murray and Stieglitz and was still slightly shot IMO, the guy Eubank fought was 2 years older and by then was completely shot, he only came to London for a payday. Abraham was a decent win for Jr but he was no longer one of the top guys in the division at that point.

Quinlan beat a blown up shot middleweight who hadn’t won a fight in close to 2 years. Quinlan is awful man. He has no ability whatsoever

Winner of Chris Eubank Jr. and George Groves is clearly #1. Outside of that everyone is largely unproven. James DeGale is on the slide. Gilberto Ramirez isn't bad but needs a big fight. David Benavidez, Caleb Truax and Tyron Zeurge are weak, paper champions. It isn't outside the realms of possibility for Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. to throw his name back in the mix with a win over one of those weak champions. Callum Smith may be the man to clean up the division, but I'm still far from convinced. A saviour is needed.

I agree, in an ideal world Ramriez would fight the WBSS winner
