First off, ESPN strategically never hyped the fight.
Second, ESPN team were worse and non qualified. They’re claiming a dominating performance based on stats? Rigo broke his wrist, and Steve Willis was suspect in this bout, the whole ESPN setup about holding was intended to favor Loma. That’s why Willis was advised to not break them, aside from the fact that Loma is way bigger, Willis let Loma cheat as usual during clinches ever since the GRJ bout.
Loma always extends his arms out, exaggerated, to make it seem he’s being restrained with every fighter, then yanks himself out even when refs attempt to disengage them.
The whole clinching of arms was all setup by ESPN and Loma as his usual dirty tactics. How is it coincidence that Loma does te exact same move in all fights yet complains about SPeCiFIcally for ESPN commentators to detail on. They exploited that advantage
