I'm going with Winky. It's not overly powerful, but it's extremely accurate and he throws it perfectly. Power was it's Ike or Taylor. Winky utilizes his jab the best and he uses it to perfection virtually everytime he throws it.

If im right if you watch the Sosa Vs Cotto fight you see how Cotto throws a jab to a straight right to another jab and sosa falls from the jab. The straight right missed tho.
