Yarde is still learning but he showed some good things tonight.
It gets on my **** when they try to sell these greenhorns as world beaters. Steve Bunce for example, "Yarde beat Seal-Okocha easier than some other past greats would have..."

Yarde proved his power was legit tonight but he’s very open to the right hand over the guard, that shoulder roll defensive style does NOT work for him. Tunde Ajayi needs to correct that ASAP before someone makes him pay!

Sjekloća was a great opponent for Yarde at this stage of Yarde's career.

Sjekloća has always been a tough opponent for every one and even though he's spent his career at 168lbs, he does have a good skill set and came to fight.

Stop trying so hard to rush Yarde. I wouldn't mind another year or two of seasoning for him.

Like yarde a lot but this cardio scares me, the guy needs to work on it instead of weight lifting.good showing though, step up in competition and handled him. I'm glad Frank isn't rushing him but I wanna see him and buglioni sometime this coming year

                    Exactly.

He'll be moved up when he's ready and not rushed by some no nothings on here.

He's at least 18-24 months away from a World title shot so got plenty of time to make improvements and work on things in the gym but he's a great prospect.

To say the least, it will be interesting when Yarde starts going in there vs the Big Guns. He has some leaks in his defense, so wouldn't be surprising if he gets dropped a few times moving forward. And he certainly has enough tools to keep the bigger matchups fun to watch.
