Comments Thread For: Orlando Salido Has No Intention of Retiring in The Near Future

Mandalay Bay, LAS VEGAS, NV - 37-year-old Orlando Salido (44-13-4) doesn't believe he is slowing down. Despite all of the wars and his advanced age - especially for a lower weight, he feels that he is still going strong. At this point in his career the former two-division champion says that he reevaluates how he feels after each fight. Salido has gone 9-2-2 in his past 13 fights against mostly top level competition and will face Mickey Roman (57-12) on HBO this Saturday night.

Why would he quit? Berchelt and Loma (IF Loma wins) will pay good money to fight him. It beats being an Uber driver.

so last week you ****ted on cottos career as a media creation despite his resume and then you come on here this week and say that salido is the most underrated fighter of this generation? Clearly biased strictly because he's Mexican because if he was Rican, you'd call him a bum with double digit losses who lost most of his big fights. You ****ing clown.

Why should he retire when he loves to fight and is so good at it?
