I really think Hattons days are numbered at 147. Dont get me wrong, he is a tremendous fighter with tremendous heart, I just dont think he has the power to dominate at 147
what next for hatton?

you are right, hatton would do ok or at least hold his own with guys that also moved up.
hatton is not an easy guy to fight, his stamina and work ethic is impressive.
i would like to see hatton fight any of those guys you mentioned also and see how they do against him.Comment

Dude there is no way that any boxing fan wants to see Hatton fight Urkal instead of Collazo. I would've preferred it if Hatton would've waited till after the Gatti vs Baldi and fought the winner or he could've fought Castillo or Corrales. I'm not one of those, Hatton should give Collazo a rematch guys but he should've gotten someone besides Urkal and to hell with the mandatory and whatever version of the welterweight belt Hatton won from Collazo. Hatton is a big enough name that he can fight for big money without belts. Hatton should've picked a better opponent. Also second fight of his conquest of America is against another European? How does he expect to market himself to Americans while fighting other guys unknown to AmericansOriginally posted by clementeyou're right hatton doesn't owe him anything.
do u really think hatton won that fight against collazo.
its all about what the fans want to see, if the fans want to have hatton fight urkal instead of collazo, then thats who he should fight.that fight was a win win situation for collazo he was a 5-1 underdog and i don't think he went in there fighting like a underdog.
he impressed a lot of people and dont forget he was champ...
