According to numerous reports, Miami-based Caribe Promotions has sued Roc Nation Sports in Manhattan Supreme Court for allegedly freezing them out of Saturday's fight between two Olympic gold medalists Guillermo Rigondeaux and Vasyl Lomachenko, which takes place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The fight is being televised as the main event on ESPN.

Caribe Promotions, a boxing promoter that claims a relationship with world 122-pound champion Guillermo Rigondeaux, filed a lawsuit against Roc Nation Sports in New York Supreme Court today (Tuesday). The lawsuit relates to Rigondeaux's challenge of WBO 130-pound champion Vasyl Lomachenko in Madison Square Garden this weekend. Roc Nation is Rigondeaux's primary promoter, and it entered into an agreement with Lomachenko's promoter, Top Rank, to make this weekend's fight. Caribe alleges that Roc Nation has frozen it out of participating in the big fight. Top Rank was not named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

Caribe apparently owes RocNation something like $150,000 in expenses from prior Rigo fights, yet want to show up with their hand out when a money bag shows up. lol
