They are all juiced to the gills russia just got exposed.

there's a big difference between the state cheating and the athletes cheating. russia has always had a very strong, state sponsored amateur and professional athletics system. stems from the days when they were commies and couldn't compete professionally. that same state systematically distributed PEDS and covered them up on a massive scale. most of their athletes were doping from all accounts.

this is not comparable to a few premium athletes from other countries doping independently. surely you get that, right? and why the state was punished as a whole entity?
