It's very obvious to me Cotto and Roach ended up developing a special relationship. There will always be a part of me that will wonder how Cotto's career would've looked like had he gone to Freddie earlier.

Everyone giving roach extreme respect for being a white trainer and having that terrible disease. In reality there are way better black and Mexican trainers than roach... and they never get the media coverage that roach does... unfortunately this is the America we live in... The ********** have to be able to fly to get respect while if you're white and can crawl you are labeled one of the GREATEST of all time!!! DAMN SHAME!!!!

What do you mean? Cotto was the same fighter before and after. Lost all his big fights if the opponent wasn't crippled.

Name one fight where Roach had anything to do with Cotto's style? He fought EXACTLY the same before and after Roach.
