Britain's James DeGale says he is fighting fit ahead of the fourth defence of his IBF super-middleweight championship against American Caleb Truax in London. DeGale takes on Truax at London's Copper Box Arena on Saturday in his first fight on home soil for three years -- the boxer's first bout since surgery on his right shoulder following his bruising draw against Badou Jack in January.

My man James 'Chunky' Degale is so nice that he gave Jack a hell of a fight just LANDING 4 JABS in his previous 12 rounder vs. a elite champion and Badou couldn't even beat him! Now a healthy James Degale is going style on these euro-bums this weekend.

We are going to get to see elite skills, that speed, explosiveness, and power! all these guys are putting me to sleep with the basics one two repertoire , especially E.U bum jr. -- hes trash!

This fight will probably be a bit too short for Degale to test out the shoulder and shake off any rust.

If he can get a unification against Benavidez in the first half of 2018, facing the winner of the WBSS Tournament in the second half of 2018 will be huge.
