It was pretty ***t up looking in the post fight interview. Makes sense since he suddenly stopped throwing punches for the last 4-5 rounds. that's how a fighter who is actually injured reacts...they don't simply keep fighting the same way without showing the slightest sign of injury and then bring it up during the post fight presser.

It does explain, at least in part, why his output slowed in the second half of the fight. What it doesn't explain, though, is why his punch resistance was so poor. Miguel's chin was great against Canelo -- so the surprise of the night for me was seeing it so weak against Ali.

The injury was obvious during the "in ring interview" with Max. The injury is a serious one especially during a fight.
I thought Cotto was beginning to shake off rust and started to let his shots go when the injury occurred.
There was nothing wrong with his chin however the temple shots rocked him badly. That is a tell tale sign that his legs are not holding him up when his equilibrium is challenged.
He did a hell of a job continuing on with that arm.

Shontae De'marc====obviously your just a hater not a real boxing fan. Cotto would beat you senseless if your remarks about him were said to him. Just another punk looking for attention by degrading pro fighters.
