Comments Thread For: Daniel Dubois Not Looking For Rounds, Aims To Blast Darch Out

In 2017, 20 year old heavyweight sensation Daniel Dubois has stormed the nation. Since debuting in April, the 6ft 5in, 17 stone tower of power has flattened all paid victims inside five minutes. Ahead of his pending 10 rounder with Welsh hard case Dorian Darch at London's Copper Box Arena, this weekend, this cool, calm but frighteningly clinical ring assassin explained his psyche to boxing writer Glynn Evans.

Arias , Gorman , Hrgovic , Sirenko and Duboi are all going to be great fights at the cross roads . At least 2 mentioned here will pair off at some point . I would favor Sirenko over all of them to get too Joshua.

I think Duboi should be come along slower but i dont think Warren will push for that bc he wants the Joshua cash sooner than later and it will hinder Dubois progress . Hes the 3rd polished guy out of the 4 i mentioned ,he needs extra time . Knocking out guys quickly doesnt do him much if the plan is too fight Joshua 2 years from now.

Fair enough regarding your opinion...obviously i see it differently though.

Triple D would knock out Sirecko or any of those guys listed right now, a year from now or 5 years from now.

Actually it's Warren who is put the brakes on Triple D and not rushing him. Warren is one of the best in the business when it comes to nurturing young boxing talent and knowing when they're ready for the step up to World Class Level.

Triple D has so much talent that even at this stage of his career, if he was to face Joshua, Parker and Wilder, i'd be confident he'd beat them all.

I just hope that Dubois has a chin on him because he is quite slow. He'll be getting caught more when he moves up the levels.

Either way, it's going to be exciting watching how he progresses.

Sirenko will defeat Duboi im 90 % sure of it so far .

Warren wants him as british champion and wants to literally change the rules to get it done by lowering the age bracket limitation . Thats not putting on the brakes at all . His goal is to also have Duboi the youngest HW champion ever ,im not sure exactly how he accomplishes this bc even a Joshua fight next year would not turn out so good for him.

I like DDD ,but we'll see . At some stage im sure he'll get too Joshua but hes got holes he has to correct . He only has little under 5 minutes of experience in the pro ranks and the guys i listed are no give me wins right now .
