Nicholas Walters Should've Signed with DUVA - Main Events
I think DUVA should just pay the Top Rank bill and get Nicholas active again.
He is pretty much in limbo like Mikey Garcia's situation many moons ago. He told industry that he was hoping for at least 3 fights in 2017 and he didn't get ANYTHING...
I think he has had consultation that these situations are just the nature of Top Rank on how quick they throw Champs under the bus and it affects their career.
Walters only has 1 loss, mystically created an inactive narrative around his career after Sosa... why would Top Rank give up to give him fights? Doesn't make any sense, it would only improve Top Rank branding.
Had he been with been Duva, he'd probably have more ideal activity just like Kova and his recent WBO...
