Witter has had 2 defining fights. The first one he blew when he chose to run from Zab Judah instead of tasting Judah's power, thereby losing a boring decision.

The 2nd fight he somewhat redeemed himself when he knocked N'Dou down twice but still barely won the fight. This is only impressive because even Cotto failed to knock N'Dou down. The fact that the fight was still close, however, is not impressive.

Put it this way: Witter would lose to Cotto and Hatton
