What boxing gloves to get?

I'm 14 years old and weigh about 102 pounds or 46kg. Boxers in the gym who weigh 58kg+ are boxing great with 14oz bag gloves. I currently use 10oz Ring master gloves. I have to start on the light bag as I recently hit very hard and it hurts my hands, so once blood is in my hands I'm ok BUT 16oz sparring gloves (we have to use) are too heavy for me. SO I want bigger gloves, should I go for 12 or 14oz bag gloves? any recommended gloves about £70?
