It's too bad neither guy ever fought each other, just like Mosley never got to fight Marquez
Miguel Cotto signature punch left hook to the body will be remembered in boxing history

        Cotto's resume isn't so great.

JMM's wins over Pacquiao and Barrera are better than anything on Cotto's.
He also gave Malignaggi & Quintana their first losses. Marquez beat Pacquiao in their 4th fight under questionable circumstances. Marquez outside of his fights with Pacquiao, Bradley & Barrera has a very weak resume. They're pretty close though when thinking about it since to be fair some of Cotto's big wins were when they weren't in their prime really anymore.

Cotto fought better opponents throughout his career, but he lost every major fight.

JMM fought less major fights, but won most of them with only losses to Floyd, Bradley, and a draw in 2nd Pac fight (he clearly won fights 1 and 3). Couple of other losses although the alleged loss against that Thai fighter was rigged too

There's nothing questionable about a fighter being KTFO. That's actually as definitive as it gets.

The judges gifted immigrant poochmen fights 1 and 3...those were sad and questionable lmfao.

            These pacFUCKS...lolz

My friend who rarely watches boxing outside of one fight every few years even pointed out how he thought Marquez looked to be in incredible shape that night. He also mysteriously had a lot more power in the 4th fight than he had before. I think Pacquiao should have been given the decision in the 1st fight but Marquez should have probably gotten the 3rd fight.

Like them both, but Marquez for me. Compare both their fights with Pacquio and it's obvious. Also, drug allegations unsubstantiated.
