That is not a joke, but feel to try that out in the real world where there are consequences for such distasteful comments. Saying all Russians are alcoholics is no where near as bad as calling a black man a cotton picker.

Russians never targeted black people for slavery, that was a Western European and American bourgeoisie thing... So I’m just not that sensitive on the matter. I you look at the body language of the ref, it's like it never crossed his mind.

I've seen fights officiated where belt line groin shots stop the fight, on several occurrences through out the fight.
