It was said Khan went on this show to help repair his public image.

Whoever is advising him is an idiot, more exposure just makes him look a bigger and bigger knobhead.

I actually watched 10 minutes of this program to see what all the fuss is about. That was it - couldn't watch any more. It is the most banal, weak content trash I have seen in a long time. (the production is slick though). The set is in New South Wales where there is no jungle and if Khan can make the reputed 1/2 million dollars for having a bit of a lark doing this AND get his name in front of millions of non-boxing fans then he is pulling a master-stroke.

The fact that this program is one of the most popular on Brit tv is an indictment on the state of British society. People have become so zombiefied that they will put up with any shit to just zone out from their crap lives. Get a life folks - there is only one and we weren't put on this planet to digest this crap. Maybe actually look at saving the real jungle that is being depleted every day.

All publicity is good publicity. Now when he fights there'll be viewers of this program who'd not normally watch boxing saying"oh look, that sly Khan guy is boxing - lets tune in to see if he loses"

Yeah well, I'm a Brit and back in Britain now after 18 years living overseas - Brits do live a good night out and a good singalong (even if to same boring songs) - it distracts them from the greyness, the blandness and the awful weather.
