Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury vs. Tony Bellew is Target Fight For 2018, Says Hearn

We may get a heavyweight showdown between former world champion Tony Bellew and Tyson Fury in 2018, according to promoter Eddie Hearn of Matchroom. Hearn has spoken to both fighters about agreeing a deal. Bellew was scheduled to fight next month in a rematch with David Haye, who withdrew with a bicep injury. While a Haye rematch is being rescheduled for next March or May - there is guarantee the fight will actual happen.

Eddie is a chode if he makes this one. Selling Bellew down the river like this. Fury wins this one easily, especially if it's his 2nd fight back. Wouldn't even go 6. If there's anything in Tony's head thinking this is the fight for him, it's that Hearn put it there. I admire Hearn's wit and candor, but this is mickey mouse ****. Definitely looking forward to the back and forths him and Dana will have once he gets started.

The equivalent of a Laurel vs Hardy fight. Only, more boring.

Another pointless fight that Eddie Hearn plans to rip fans off with.Tyson in shape is naturally five stone heavier than Tony and massively bigger in reach and height.

He doesn't want to pay a fair fee to title holder Parker and is threatening that he will put Whyte or Miller in against A.J.instead .Both of who don't deserve it .Given the fans want unbeaten knockout artist Wilder in there with A.J. Sky should recalculate Eddie's monopoly with them as this plan is not what the fans need when he sells every crap fight as the best ever and expects top dollar for each on PPV and at the gate.

Time to get back to your station Eddie!

Will Tyson Fury concede to the Bellends demands like David Haye? we know Tony 'Bomber' Bellend is the 'A' side here and is giving Tyson Fury the opportunity to become relevant again. Mismatchroom will be the promotion, 80-20 split ; the name on the billing is Tony Bellew vs. Tyson Fury, Bellew walks out last, the traveler has to sing 'god save the queen'..I'm thinking of a couple more terms....oh yeah rematch clause is in effect.

Lets get Kell Brook vs. Sam Eggington on the undercard too, David Haye must work Tony's corner if he wants the rematch for pulling out. Wow what a great event this will be, I expect so much media attention its going to be bunkers!

This is so weak. I'm sure there's plenty of goobs that will eat it up though.

Fury and Bellew are friends, this twitter beef is totally fake. I can definitely see this fight happening.

I doubt Fury minds being the B side as long as the money is right. He gave Klitschko everything and still took his arse to school.
