    Hopkins-Eastman on UK PPV/Exciting undercard

I'm really looking forward to Hopkins-Eastman, and I found out today that it's on PPV over here in England. The BBC are showing it for free, but that's 24 hours later. Satellite channel Setanta Sports (and not, as you would expect, Sky Box Office) are showing it live for £14.95 in the UK.

Now, should I just wait for the free view, or should I splash out c.$24.00 just for the sake of waiting a day?

I AM really excited about that undercard. Although naturally it's subject to change, not only do we get Jermain Taylor and Kingsley Ikeke, but Junior Witter's on the bill, fighting Lovemore N'Dou. (I'm presuming this is actually at the same venue, and the same package that HBO will be screening?) It'll add another bout to Witter's US coverage, one that will hopefully blot out his underprepared bout with Judah that still blights his copybook over there. Also on there is the American debut of Carl Froch, a man who makes some technical mistakes (left hand always low) and doesn't seem like the nicest of men, but can ****. A lot.

So am i, no offence to Eastman, Froch or Witter but i'm looking forward to seeing how our 2nd tier fighters perform against good opponents, all 3 have shown promise but are yet to convince anyone.

    any prediction?

I don't know those two guys well enough, but here's my predictions for the other three, not based on any technical predictions but on "psychic vibes".

Junior Witter - Witter turns out to have a "US curse". After his poor showing against Judah, he wins the fight here, but gets floored and impresses no one.

Carl Froch - No one takes much notice of Froch, but he breaks rules (violently hitting after the bell) and gets much scorn.

Eastman - Surprises many by winning clearly - yet getting robbed in the decision. He delivers nuff tump!

Witter - I'd wouldnt be suprised if Ndou beats Witter, he's not a fighter anyone has an easy time with and the strength will be a major factor. I have a feeling its Witters time though so i'll pick him to win.

Froch - i dont know who he's fighting? i'd expect him to win against anyone the promoters are willing to put him in with but like Witter he's not a safe bet.

Eastman - i'd pick Nard by UD but Eastmans has the tools to make a fight of it.

It wasn't advertised who Froch's opponent was, which is not a good sign. As for Witter, I'd love him to be on the form he has been of late. He's a man who really needs good exposure.
