Some say he was hanging around Kovalev and Lil'G doesn't drink unless he's around Abel with those notorious 24 packs. We will ask Oscar for a trilogy and make it at the MSG Theatre where everybody loves him and selling 5 dollar tickets with a 6k capacity seating. I did mention the theatre right?" -Loeffler
lol loeffler aint calling no shots lol whatever goldenboy wants to do they gonna do.

Besides Mexico City is a bucket list location so why not scratch it off the list?

F$%& the US gate Money! They can make it up in PPV's. Or maybe they won't need if enough foreigners travel to Mexico City! JMHO!

After G spent 2 years repeatedly saying he would fight anyone from 154-168 and then spent the next few years turning down every big fight that was not at exactly 160, I would say G lost all credit. He spent years lying. Literally. This is well known. G isn't going to Mexico, just like he wasn't fighting him at any weight except 160. Just like he wasn't fighting Ward. If G did half of what he says he will, he would be a legend. Instead, he is just a 35 year old, who was good, nothing special though. Except for an incredibly long time without ever facing a credible opponent, and having half the viewers belief he lost his first two fights against top level opponents. He is already known as a lying coward, and he makes more outlandish claims and people act like he is serious. What a bunch of naïve suckers/

Golovkin has probably fought in about 10 different countries as a pro. What's with these top American fighters who never venture outside the US? I think it probably has something to do with that "home cooking" they'd be missing if they fought anywhere else but the States.

Haha you had better take his head off if you plan on fighting in Mexico. If Saul stands at the end of 12 you lose. And outside of getting clipped by Cottos brother as a kid I don't think I've ever seen Canelo the slightest bit hurt.

Vegas will be another screw job so why not fight in Mexico. It's going to be up to Golden Boy because they hold the rematch card.

I was at the game and I can ascertain that GGG received cheers like if he was Mexican! Canelita is not that popular in Mexico because he acts like a spoiled brat that needs an attitude adjustment with a belt! She is more popular with the Mexicans living in the USA than those living in Mexico.

"If a deal is reached, the rematch would take place on May 5 - as part of Cinco De Mayo weekend." If?? WTF?? If they don't make this fight, something is seriously wrong with boxing. I may have to take up watching cricket.
