It's couldn't care less, not could. "Could" implies that you do care somewhat. Minor nitpick, but still.

When I hear top level boxers talk about how they missed spending time with their family and missing events in their lives I have to wonder, what are they thinking?

If it wasn't for boxing those guys would have to work 24/7 in **** jobs, probably would have to work in the US and send money to their families in Puerto Rico or elsewhere.

But as a boxing star Cotto fights maybe twice a year, prepares for the fight for a few weeks and other than that can spend as much time with his family as he pleases. What the hell?? Normal working class dads would love to spend as much time with their kids and wives as Miguel Cotto can. They have to work till their seventies, hustle and never make it and see their kids for a few hours a day if they are lucky when they are exhausted from a ****ty day before the kid has to go to bed.

      What a world...

If boxing is so simple and easy how come your not doing it? Yeah I don't think people get CTE while they're sitting at their desks thinking about the beer they're going to have after work. Schit I guess you can fall into coma and then die after you fill up that fries box at McDonalds. Boxers whether you like them or not, are risking their lives in the ring. Cotto risked his health and life for the money to make sure his family can live great lives. Or would you rather he barely walks away from boxing like Freddy Roach? I would call you an idiot, but even an idiot isn't that ******. :*******:

              Don't like the Cotto/Ali fight

There's legitimately about 25 names I'd rather see Cotto fight ahead of Sadam and think that he got a strap over Kamagai is a joke

But in saying that Cotto is a G and can go out however he sees fit. He more then paid his dues in this sport that is unforgiving and is a first ballot and he had a great career

See you're lost. You already fell for their lies. Risking their lives in the ring? Hell no.

Belive me, any taxi driver around the world has a more dangerous job than a pro boxer. All journeymen included.

I love boxing but as fans we should not justify bad attitudes the stars of our sport have. You fell for it, ok, you won't come back. But I hope not everyone is gonna take their ****. They take your money and claim to risk their lives in the ring but even your ride to the arena was more dangerous than their fight. Get lost.

The fight is wack, but it's a farewell event for Cotto! Best wishes to the champ! Oh yeah, **** Antonio Margarito!

Agreed. Cotto fought everyone. Won and lost. Belongs as a legit first ballot hof'er more so than Gatti and or Tyson (Love both in the ring).
