I really hope this kid gets his life together. I saw him out in BK a while back, that dude is one person in front of the camera's and another off camera which shocked me as all hell because he wasn't what you'd expect in person. Quiet, friendly, respectful..and then he does dumb shhh like this.

I mean.... If the summons weren't delivered to him, I don't know how someone can expect him to show up... He shouldn't be involved in this nonsense anyway, but you have to give him proper notification to actually show up in court...

He was a suspect in an open investigation. If he had any kind of contact with the police, the police wouldve used his State ID address (which SHOULD be up to date) to send a summons. Its a suspects responsibility to give the assigned police detective or district attorney's clerk an updated address in case they move. If Broner didnt give them an updated address, the court has every right to issue a warrant, hell they could've issued a warrant outright and not even bothered with a summons, a summons is a courtesy.
