Anybody watching that fight can see how big Lil'G is compared to Alvarez. If they said Cotto was a "small Middleweight" whose stockiness is smaller than Curtis Stevens, then Nelo would be considered the Hagler frame, whereas Lil'G would be the big Middleweight. Guys like Lee, Quillin, Jacobs, JCC outgrew 160 long ago...had those guys been fighting 4 times a year they'd be in shape for the same narratives HBO protected him.

Truth is Lil'G and guys like Jacobas shouldve already moved to 168 long ago. Andrade, Jermall, Hurd, those guys shouldve already been fighting at 160
You are preaching to the choir when it comes to Canelo. I won't engage in that one now. I'll make a thread about Canelo someday.

The fight just didn't do it for me, bro. Canelo wowed me against GGG the first few rounds. I was excited. After that, the fight was average at best. I was bored. Mayweather-Canelo was more exciting to me.

I put Eubank Jr in the first post for a reason. GGG said he'd move up to 168, Eubank Jr is the biggest fight anywhere, especially in the UK.

I agree about Eubank Jr. The Brits will come around for him later and you'll see them backtracking as he gets bigger. Always been a Eubank fan, and its good that the Eubank brand lives on with such selling style.

Lets wait till Groves to finish. Then the PAIN comes with DeGALE. After then Eubank Jr. Will be bigger than Joshua and Hearn will be crying...then the new boxing fans from the UK will roll with Eubank narratives than Eddies.

Eubank Jr. Vs Alvarez in 2019-2020. I hope Ramirez still reigns till then. Been saying Nelo vs Ramirez is another Mexican Super Fight. JCC being firsrfirst 160 champ, Ramirez first 168 champ. So Nelo has to be the first 160-168 Mexican champ.

            Good post, my brother.

The thing is this: GGG will fight anyone (please no mention of Ward or any of that), whether it's Eubank Jr or Charlo. His advisers wouldn't fancy or allow it, however. I think that's a smart duck!

Yes, indeed. GGG doesn't have that luxury.

Saunders is the best fight he could make barring a Canelo rematch. Eubank Jr might want to fight triple G, but Sr won't let it happen - he has no confidence in his son, that's why he hid him away on ITV.

bums = fountain of youth. could have been prime all his life fighting those types.
