Terrence Crawford, undisputed and lineal champion at 140, twice fought the #2 guy there, and lineal/wbo champion at 135. He has so much thrust he's going to be equally great at welterweight. This is going to be controversial, but Kovalev can be argued has the best resume since he was unified and could have gotten the nod against Ward. That second fight was marred with controversy. But I'll have to declare Crawford's resume the best.

If Lemieux beats Saunders it’s easily golovkin for easily handling the ginger and pulling out a narrow one vs Jacobs

Excluding Pacquiao or any other old legend I'd say:

Canelo- lara, trout, cotto, smith, Chavez jr, rhodes, Mosley, Khan, Kirkland, angulo, cintron

            Or

Danny garcia- matthysse, Khan, Peterson, guerrero, Herrera, Judah, Morales x2, holt, malignaggi
