Ward is a dirty ass boxer who got lucky the first time and took advantage the second. What he did is not impressive but yes he did win. He is not a superior boxer by any means however.
This is baloney and you know it. Kovalev fought completely clean, Ward fought every second dirty.
Plus, when a fighter sits on the ropes and covers his body, he has every right to think that the opponent will walk away and stop throwing punches and that the ref will still believe he is in the fight.
Kovalev was easily the dirtier fighter, he initiated most of the holding in the 1st fight as well. It's all over youtube
