Parker is poor and hasn't improved.He had a chance to make a bit of a name for himself by destroying the even worst Hughie Fury but blew it.

Hearn will make such a big deal of this fight when it happens and put up PPV and gate prices BUT will try to get Parkers belt at a discount.
