Devon Alexander clearly won the fight but he didn't outclass Castillo it he showcased good footwork, good speed, decent timing, decent jab, good defense overall decent performance he'll be sharper next fight

In this thread - People be forgetting that he won and nearly stopped Maidana at one point.

Devon is a good boxer, Yo...
Nearly stopped Maidana!? Either we watched a totally different fight or there is something I'm not remembering

I thought that was weird also lol better than blocking punches with your face unless the announcer expected him to have lightning quick reflexes and make his opponent wiff everything for ten rounds lol

Yea Devon beat Marcos pretty easy that's why Adrien Broner thought he was going to do the same thing but clearly didn't happen lol

One more fight and than he is a perfect opponent for Thurman or Spence. Someone either would beat easily but who is good enough to pass for a fight without too much criticism. He did look good, but he is a 30 year old junkie who has too many losses. Who knows, maybe he lost all those fights because he was hooked on pain pills and now he is better than ever. I doubt it, but it is a good story. He'd fight Spence, just get one last decent payday.
