I'm actually a Parker fan and would be cheering for him hard to win this fight, but being a fan doesn't blind me to what his worth is. unfortunately he has little to zero poull in the UK or anywhere outside of NZ.

I'll tell you who i don't like and that is his bozo promoter who has zero clue about the business. Yep, hold out for 35%, don't get the fight and then go on and lose to someone else for much less money. Sounds like a plan!

I remember Shane Mosley doing the same thing when De la Hoya wanted the third fight and Shane said because he won the first 2 fights he deserved pay parity with Oscar. So instead he took a fight for lesser money against Winky Wright 'out of principle.' Yep that certainly worked out well for Shane, LOL.

I actually think this fight can be made for 30% and I believe it's also a fight Parker can win. Get the win and then the rematch where you can negotiate a bigger % split and you are rolling in it.
