I always thought Alexander would never recover from the Khan loss the way he was completely outboxed but turns out there was an Opiate addiction on top of that too. It's a shame really. Alexander was quite outspoken and would have been a decent, not great, addition at 147lb if the losses and addiction didn't away at him. The IBF would have suited him to a tee considering the amount of extremely mediocre boxers ranked with them at the time.
I was surprised how bad he looked against Khan. I was for sure he would win. It makes sense now if he was on something. I still think it was a bad style match up but he wasn't effective at all.

Glad I'm far from that drama. A college buddy, a doctor, opened up a pain clinic in Vegas. Spends avg of 10 min per patient, prescribed rest, & pain pills. He spends weekends with sluts & ********. He said I'd be impressed by his patients...but.. He didn't name names.

We call him dr knumbschull, cuz once he gets popped, license gone, bishes gone, everything gone.

We each gotta learn our own lessons..

Nah that was just the epitome of styles making fights in boxing. Khan was just all wrong for Alexander. Just like Alexander was all wrong for Maidana and Mathysse and Khan was all wrong for Alexander and Maidana. Maidana should have moved up a long time ago. His rough and rugged style suited him at 147lb. He was a bit sapped at 140lb. Alexander came unstuck at the hands of Porter. Someone who started out around middleweight but came down to gain a weight advantage and at his height, reach etc he would have done nothing at his natural weight.

That's why I enjoy boxing. The reality is any fighter can put up a good fight against anyone depending on whether their styles are either all wrong for their opponent or at least if their style gels well with their opponents style making for a good even contest.

The only factors that ruin a fight these days are natural weight disparity but it's perfectly legal. If they can make the weight it's their prerogative. This is why the IBF same day weight-check isn't exactly a bad idea.

I conceded it was a bad style match up but like I said, I was surprised he wasn't effective at all. He probably would have still lost but he maybe would have looked better doing it. The most surprising part was that Khan was able to tie him repeatedly, neutralizing whatever he was trying to do, and he just kept letting it happen.

It would be a good story if Alexander came back and did well. I just don't see it happening.

The current crop of welterweights don't play around plus...Shawn Porter is still around. Maybe Shawn Porter might cherry pick again and use Alexander to keep active knowing there's a story and history behind it.

The crazy thing is I only used the first bottle he gave me after the initial visit over 2 months. I couldve easily have gotten a bottle every 10 days but thank God I know myself.
dont the docs get paid more if they actually prescribe them?

                      of course, hence the epidemic

in my country, we had a recent outbreak of a certain condition, can't remember what it was but I remember reading about it..... then they realized, the sudden upsurge in diagnosis of that condition, was due to a 3-month "I]special[/I]" on the prescription " cure "

                      that is absolutely fkn absurd

                      yay capitalism
