briggs is not a 2 time champ. he won a belt with 1 second to go against liakovich. then lost it in his next fight.

His claim is dubious at best. Foreman ran from any legitimate opponents. He ducked a shot Tony Tucker, Axel Shulz and anybody with a pulse. It's only because he was George Foreman that he was regarded as the champion.
Does anybody still regard Fury as the champion?
