You are out of your damn mind. Parker was a mandatory for Joshua about a year ago...he didn't want it. Wilder also tried to make a fight with him...he wanted to "go another route".....Parker will only fight these guys if he is cashing in his chips....

Parker would have been mandated, he chose to fight for the vacant belt and is now commanding a bigger fee than AJ's first mandatory Pulev would have got as he's holding an actual world title.

Why would JP not cash his chips in ? He took the Takam fight to manoeuvre himself into a title shot, taking a risk raising his opposition level, ducked out the mandatory shot to further raise his profit making by capturing a vacant belt against another top ten opponent, the risks are a factor to further his career, his career is about making money !
