Another close round, J-Rock again. If Smith wasn't so bothered by the cut and bringing attention to it, I maybe would have gave it to him. Some nice body work from Smith near the end. Williams pretty clear in the 3rd round. I think J-Rock is just too big for Ishe and it's starting to set in
