What Frampton needs now is get back in the ring quick against another similar level fighter but pick someone who isn't a combination of machine and brick shithouse and also do something/anything to build up his stamina. Do that in April and fight in Windsor Park in august against selby.
    Agreed.

I just don't think Frampton is as effective a fighter at Feathweight as he was at Super Bantam.

He's still a Top 10 Feathweight, not sure he beats any of the champs though like Selby, GRjr or Leo santa cruz.

Oscar Valdez might be his best chance.

Frampton-Russell would be much more interesting than most of Carl's matchups. People say the same thing about Rigo, then Loma-Rigo sales out as soon as tickets go on sale. Fans know the good competitive matchups when they see them. Bringing Gary to the Ireland would be a huge fight.
Who is to say that GRJ will be a tough fight? The one time he stepped up Loma cruised right through him. All his wins are over people he was supposed to win against. Combine that info with how often he actually fights and you will see that nobody needs GRJ he needs them and it seems he is an after thought for Haymon. He screwed himself signing up with Haymon cuz he has done next to nothing for lil Gary.

It was a real good scrap especially towards the end.

Conlan took a thrashing. Ancajas is a big player in the division though. I hope he gets invited to the "Super Fly" cards.
