Why is a 17 month layoff 24 months for AJ but when Mosley is off for 16 months it's less than 5 months?

he claimed 5 years 5 months is longer than 7 years 1 month
16 months is less rust than 6 months
Cotto is better than a prime Pacquaio
Margarito is better than Morales
33 is older than 38
17 months is 2 years but 16 months is less than 6 months.

-AS I saw it Wlad was on his way to win the AJ fight had he not gassed out, schooling.
-Larry Holmes could handle Wlad just like Fury did, but with bad jab punishment.
-Wlad would KD/KO Ken Norton and Joe Frazier, he just handles inside fighters.
-Wlad and Lennox Lewis were equal, had almost identical styles, could go either way.
-vs Joe Louis he would win wide.
-vs black n white Ali he would win, but vs coloured/stable Ali it could go either way.
-vs Mike Tyson he would just do what he did to Pulev and KO Tyson definitely.
