I know Rocky didn't always fight the best, but he certainly wasn't this far along in his career and having basically fought no one bigger/badder than a Stiverne.

Doesn't matter anyway. Even Parker could take him out, let alone Fury and Joshua. He isn't an elite. He's just been extremely lucky. There's a big difference.
