Off the top of my head, these boxers are chosen either for their unlikable personality or cheating antics /both, and the matchups that are most likely to happen.

Marcos Browne, should have two DQ loses, cheating coward who deliberately hits opponents on the canvas, hits them repeatably on the back off the head, clearly lost against that bosnian guy, refused a rematch and acted like a total ****head afterwards.
Adonis Stevenson, not much explanation needed here, pedophile, pimp who refuses to fight anyone but bums, has not fought a single mandatory defence in over 3 years....
