It's clear to see he's better than just OK. He could easily hang with all the top ten after only his 11th fight.
Vasquez wasn't at his prime weight class but he wasn't old as he's only 30 and you cant say hes battle worn due to his safety first style. He never took a beating until he fought Taylor.
The reason Vasquez lost was because he fought a naturally bigger guy who's much better than he is and a stylistic nightmare for him.
