What a murky situation this is. UKAD enables them to write these article's because of their dodgy dealings. Facts are Hughie was found to have elavated levels along with Tyson & was allowed to Box.
However a suspension of any type from UKAD justifies the writers opening paragraph, until he sorts his situation out.

Hughie didn't claim to be mentally ill. Tyson can apply for his license back, of course he'd need his doctor to confirm he's fit. I don't know why he hasn't, maybe he doesn't really want to fight?
