That being the case, why would any of those guys get 50% of anything??? Joshua vs wilder is a mega fight and to suggest wilder should just be happy with whatever is offered to him is absurd. I'm sure you were outraged when Canelo offered ggg a flat 10m then 15m for their fight. Even though ggg never made more than 2m in his entire career. Yet it was a insult to low ball him for a mega fight. I'm sure you felt Floyd low balled Pacquiao with the 40m flat offer as well. So if Joshua is able to give a guy like Charles Martin 7-8m, and was about to pay pulev 5m...... how is the undefeated wbc heavyweight champ pricing himself of by wanting his fair share for making a mega fight???
I am no Wilder fan, but too many people forget this. Charles Martin was an insulting man to call champion, yet he got paid very very handsomely and nobody blinks. Wilder deserves a fair amount, there is no two ways around it.

Asking for 50-50 is foolish, no one would be happy to sign off on that. Joshua is the attraction, Wilder is the reaction. Joshua brings the attention, Wilder arouses debate. No doubt that Joshua deserves more of the financial sway, but let’s face it, Wilder deserves his fair due too. 60/40 seems fine too me.

Joshua is the biggest ***** literally in boxing. Hearn and Joshua lowballed Parker and they will lowball Wilder and feast on old guys and bums and get rich and get NO RESPECT! Joshua fans: But he rich doe!

Resume doesn't determine purse split, how much money you pull in does.

Wilder isn't 1/10 the draw Joshua is. ANYTHING over 10% is fair for stork legs.

The thing is Haymon, Finkel and Hearn are smart guys they know the deal. 50/50 isn't feasible because of the simple fact that a large market is fully invested because of Joshua, so anything Wilder gets from the UK is damn near a bonus for promoting the fight. He could argue parity everywhere else or even an advantage in the US split but that isn't leading him to 50% overall. Everyone knows that though really so I don't think anything will be problematic on the money side.

Plus the whole fact when numbers with 8 figures start to be thrown around the percentages start to matter a bit less.

The glaring differance is Molina was the only top 10 opponent Wilder faced as champion at about 9 ranking ? I would call that a significant differance considering hes had nearly 40 fights compared to Joshua who HAS Klitchko on his list and Wilder has no one and so would any normal person and with some Joshua opponents that beat some of Wilders title defense ones ? lol .

If Wilder defeatted Takam ,i would say wow what took him so long to beat a LEGIT top 10 guy near or in the top 5 . lol
