Remember, they were saying the same exact thing about Manny Pacman until he was destroying guys at the higher weight divisions.

Pacman went to fight small prime A fighters like Barrera, Morales, JMM to fight big B level guys or big old guys like Cotto, Mosley, DLH, Marg, Clottey.

So Pacman moved up in weight but moved down in quality.

Rigo is moving up in weight, and I'm sure Loma is a better fighter than Donnaire, at least, that's what Nicholas Walters would tell you.

He stopped Donnaire (not a prime Donnaire obviously) but couldn't land a glove on Loma.
