Obviously Wilders power is legit. And it can change any fight.

But we've seen lesser fighters than miller give wilder trouble, and usually it takes a long time for him to find that big punch. Miller is a much more live dog than the guys wilder has had trouble with.

But yeah, a big wilder ounce can end it just like that, no doubt.

Agreed, bro, except for the statement of taking Wilder a long time. Half of Wilder's opponents have been stopped in the 1st round. I believe 34 of 39 did not go pasts 4 rounds - not sure that's a lot of time in my opinion. It's a 12 round fight and Wilder has a 50% finish rate in 1st round and about over 80% finish rate under 4 rounds. I think that is impressive although his competition has not been elite in my opinion. But neither has anyone else had elite competition.

Most of those guys were corpses.

The guys who came to fight and weren't washed, gave wilder issues.

AJ will be the underdog when the fight happens by a slight bit only due to Wilder's thunder KO power in the right!

Now, if Joshua can change his style and just take the fight on the inside then he can win, Wilder needs range and leverage to put you out and never shown close range KO power!

Joshua has the build to bully Wilder in a phonebooth fight and just unload uppercuts and hooks downstairs but Wilder is faster of foot and quicker with his shots!

AJ must take the fight on the inside!

Care to expatiate on the guys that weren't washed? Also, are those guys any less or any better than those on AJ's resume, save a diminished Wlad?

Wilder's shot punches, especially the right hands resulted in the KO of Spilzka and Washington. So, I don't think Wilder needs range to execute that.

You are correct that Joshua needs to get close to Wilder. However, he will have to go through a number of landmines and must trust that even when he gets there, his chin is able to take the punches that may come back while he is throwing his own shots. Everything looks good on the outside but those in the ring with Wilder say it is not that easy.

How do you know Wilder would have gone down with the shot AJ went down? You just making stuff up as usual. Two people can get hit with the same punch and react differently - but common sense is not common, I guess.

Wilder gets dropped by a complete bum... **crickets**

AJ gets dropped by a albeit past prime HOF still known for his devastating right hand..... "He's got a glass chin"

So perhaps we can decode this statement by concluding Miller would rather fight Joshua because there's more money in it. AJ is the king of the HW's with Wilder a close second.
If Wilder had got caught flush with that right hand Klitschko whacked AJ with, he would have gone down, any man would have gone down.
It's a credit to Joshua that he got up from that shot.
I pick Joshua over Wilder as I see Joshua weathering the early wild wide shots and figuring Deontay out by the middle rounds.
Wilder would not know what to do if he can't rock an opponent. AJ is the better boxer.

He doesn't have the gas tank to fight on the inside.
