P4P who hits harder Keith Thurman or Danny Jacobs.

Both display great knockout power in both hands. If everything was equal who would hit harder?

Love Keith but Danny hits harder for a MW than Keith hits..
Thurman's awkward style and shot's angle make him better than his competition..

I went and watched both guys highlight videos and I agree. Keith akwardness works but Danny hits harder.

There's really zero debate at this point. Same can be said for Danny.

Danny has power, for sure, but it's not game changing power. He did get to Quillin, but that as much to do with Quillin being unprepared in my mind.

Thurman's power has been nothing short of ordinary since fighting even above average competition. He couldn't even hurt 140lb Danny Garcia who is more limited than most special needs people

When I read this I thought this was a comparison between Keith Thurman and Danny Garcia. Surely everyone know Danny Jacobs hit harder than Keith Thurman. Are we comparing Canelo and Khan next?

No Im not an expert. I've seen some of their fights but I wanted to be sure my impressions were accurate so I went and watched their highlights rather than watch every single fight they had.

                    There's nothing to debate.

Did Thurman hurt Porter? No. Did Thurman hurt Danny? No.

Danny Jacobs is definitely a more powerful puncher. He doesn't have one punch KO power despite the Quillin win, but he is a strong MW (obviously). Nonetheless I would rather fight Thurman than Jacobs because Jacobs is just way more comprehensive.
