Yeah we gt it - Jacobs is somewhat over-rated. At the time he fought GGG maybe he was the second best MW but now maybe he is behind Charlo and Canelo. Yet if he blitzes this guy in 3 rounds he'llbuild up a head of steam.
If Golovkin was fighting Arias there'd be outrage.
Arias' record - what is that? Probably about 2 level's below Jacob's.

So Jacobs lost a close decision to the best middleweight on the planet, and got knocked out 7 years ago, a week after his grandmother died by a guy who probably would be considered a top middleweight (had he not ruined his back). Doesn't take anything away from Jacobs' IMO.

Arias is no Pirog or Golovkin.

Arias isn't getting all this hype or being considered a top 3 MW like Jacobs is. Prior to signing to HBO, people would bring up those exact comments, but that he fights on HBO, he's getting all this hype like every other HBO fighter
